Better late than never. Took me a while to complete this piece. (14 x 18 watercolor) I am very happy with how it turned out. Started pretty bad but the end result is very satisfying. Still have a long way to go but I feel I am making progress.

I have decided to call this one finished. Detail that I added and shading isn't very visible at this size. I also did a better job with digital color adjustment on this one. Will work to improve things in the next painting. Overall I like the end product in this one so much more than I expected to. Image size 16x20, watercolor on hot press paper.

Well, finally another piece completed. This one was done as a mural (40"x 60" total on two canvases) for a friends nursery. It is the map of the original "Wind in the Willows" artwork by E. H. Sheppard. Strictly a copy job but I loved doing it for her. This was done in my familiar medium of acrylics. Now it is back to finishing my "Stubborn" piece. Should be posting it in the next few weeks. Then onto a new piece involving a very large hat!

This is a waterbased oil painting I did of Jason's grandparents a few years ago. It isn't the greatest image of it (taken with a camera off the wall quickly) but thought I would throw it up here. I love the picture of them but not being very skilled with oil paints it didn't come out as romantically as I imagined.

Still working on this piece, but wanted to put something out there to get things going. My first watercolor in years. A little rusty but still enjoying it. This may end up as just a "study."
